What to expect: This coaching option ensures you have the support you need when you need it! With this service, you will be provided a 1 hour emergency coaching session within 24-48 hours of booking. I will personally reach out to you to schedule this service, which must occur during the morning or evening hours of my time zone (Pacific Standard Time). While I will do my best to accommodate a time that works for us both, I also need flexibility from you, regardless of which time zone you are in, to ensure we are able to make this session happen ASAP to get you back on track with your manifestation.

- Emergency sessions provide you a 60 minute 1:1 Zoom session with me within 48 hours of purchase, though the session will typically occur within 24 hours of booking.
- Emergency sessions are available for those who prefer not to wait until the next available standard session, which can sometimes book weeks in advance.
- Due to the 24-48 hour scheduling window, emergency sessions often require me to reschedule or even cancel existing plans. Therefore these emergency sessions have a higher fee than traditional sessions.
*During checkout for this session, please include your time zone in the notes section of purchase. If there are any times in the next 1-2 days (IE, work obligations) that you will not be able to dial into the session, please include those times in the notes as well.*
- Once you complete your purchase, I will follow up with proposed windows for us to meet that work with your time zone and your availability. PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE-- ie, be prepared to wake up a little earlier than you normally do or stay up a little later so we can meet.
Rules for all clients:
1) You must be at least 18 years old to receive mindset and manifestation coaching from me.
2) Coaching is NOT a replacement for therapy. I encourage you to seek mental help if you are experiencing any issues above what coaching can support, as identified in the "what to expect" session above.
3) If you do not show up for an appointment, I reserve the right to retain up to 100% of the session fee. When booking, please ensure you mark your calendar so you do not forget the day/time.
4) When booking a session, you are booking a specific window of time. Please do not send emails to me about your manifestation before our session, as it is unlikely I will have time to read/review. As you are booking a specific window of time with me, this session does not include follow-up questions via email (though you are welcome to ask questions in self-care Sunday live streams).
5) Please join our call a few minutes early so you are able to test audio/video in Zoom and ensure it is working before the session. Coaching sessions are often booked back-to-back, so if you are late for the session, I cannot extend your session by the number of minutes that you are late. Please ensure you have Zoom downloaded and working ahead of time so you can arrive to our session on time and get the full session time as scheduled.
